	On behalf of ( Sri Akhil Gupta Memorial Trust ), Mr. Shalabh Gupta is acting as the Secretory and is responsible for providing all the resources for the Institute. He has a Masters Degree in Business Management from CMD Modinagar. He belongs to a well known industrialist family commonly known as the J.Sons Group. The J.Sons group has interests in wide areas such as Railways, Roadways, infrastructure, automobiles retailing and education. Apart from this institute, Mr. Shalabh Gupta is also heading the J.Sons Engineering Corporation which is an industrial segment engaged in primarily manufacturing the bearings and safety items for the Roadways and Railways Bridges.

	He is an experienced marine chief engineer and graduated from Directorate of Marine Engineering Training, Kolkata belonging to 1983~1987 batch. He has 18years of sailing experience on various types of ships such as Bulk Carriers, Car Carriers, General Cargo, Product and Crude oil Tanker. He has been in association with JMNI since 2004. He is also a member of the Institute of Marine Engineers of India.

	He served Indian Navy for 15 years before joining Merchant Navy in year 1999. He has been in command on various kinds of ships.
Capt Pratinidhi Kaushik Master Mariner (FG)

	He is acting as the Sr. Administrator and management representative of the Institute. He retired from the Indian Navy after completion of fifteen years of service in the capacity of Petty Officer. He has wide experience in maintaining the administration, documentation accounts etc of the institute since inception.
